BOMCAS Canada provides professional tax accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and business advisory services to individuals and businesses across all 13 Canadian provinces and territories.
2. Services
BOMCAS Canada offers professional tax and accounting services including personal tax preparation, corporate tax filing, bookkeeping, payroll administration, GST/HST filing, CRA audit assistance, financial statements, business advisory, and related financial services. All services are provided by qualified Professional Tax Accountants.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the preparation of tax returns and financial statements. BOMCAS Canada relies on the information provided by clients and cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
4. Confidentiality
BOMCAS Canada maintains strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
5. Fees and Payment
Service fees are agreed upon prior to commencement of work. BOMCAS Canada reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice. All fees are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
6. Limitation of Liability
BOMCAS Canada's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. BOMCAS Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
