Accounting Services That Work the Way You Do

Every client is different. Some prefer the reassurance of sitting across the table from their accountant; others need the flexibility of working remotely from a home office, a job site, or a different province entirely. BOMCAS Canada offers both — and we have invested in the technology and processes to make both options equally seamless and secure.

Virtual Accounting Services

Our virtual service model allows clients anywhere in Canada to access the full range of BOMCAS Canada services without ever setting foot in our Edmonton office. Virtual services are delivered through:

  • Secure online document portal — upload your documents safely and securely
  • Video consultations — meet with your accountant face-to-face via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet
  • Electronic signatures — review and approve your returns digitally
  • CRA My Account integration — with your authorization, we access your CRA records directly
  • Email and phone support — reach your dedicated account manager whenever you need them

Virtual clients receive the same quality of service, the same attention to detail, and the same fast turnaround as in-person clients. The only difference is that you never have to leave your home or office.

In-Person Services at Our Edmonton Office

For clients who prefer to meet in person, our Edmonton office at 6063 88 St NW is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. In-person appointments are available for:

  • Initial consultations and onboarding
  • Tax return reviews and sign-offs
  • Business advisory and planning sessions
  • CRA audit preparation meetings
  • Estate and succession planning discussions

Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking an appointment to ensure your preferred accountant is available and prepared for your meeting.

Serving All Canadian Provinces and Territories

Through our virtual service model, BOMCAS Canada serves clients in every province and territory across Canada — from British Columbia to Newfoundland, from Ontario to Nunavut. Canadian tax law is federal in nature, which means our expertise applies equally whether you are in Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, or Halifax.

Provincial tax rules do vary, and our team is well-versed in the specific requirements of each province, including Quebec's unique provincial tax system (TP-1 returns filed with Revenu Québec).

Security and Privacy

Whether you work with us virtually or in person, your financial information is protected by the same rigorous security standards. Our digital systems use bank-level encryption for all document transfers and storage. We comply fully with PIPEDA (the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and maintain strict confidentiality protocols for all client data.
